- What exactly does flow-close do? +
- We're a done-for-you client acquisition system. We run your paid advertising (primarily Meta), set up and manage the CRM and automations that catch every lead, and provide hands-on sales support so those leads turn into booked jobs.
- Who do you work best with? +
- Service and home-improvement businesses in the UK doing at least a few thousand pounds a month in revenue, with the capacity to take on more work. If you don't have a way to fulfil the jobs, more leads won't help you.
- How is this different from a normal marketing agency? +
- Most agencies stop at the lead. We own the entire path from ad click to booked, pre-sold appointment — and we support the sales conversation that closes it. One team, one system, one number to judge us on: qualified appointments.
- How much does it cost? +
- We don't publish prices because every engagement is scoped to your offer, market and goals. On a free strategy call we'll share what similar clients invest and give you a straight number before you commit to anything.
- How long before I see results? +
- Most clients see qualified appointments landing on the calendar inside the first 2–3 weeks of a campaign going live. The first month is about learning; months two and three are where the system compounds.
- What's the commitment? +
- We ask for an initial 90-day window because ad accounts, CRMs and sales processes take that long to properly optimise. After that we work month-to-month.
- Will I own the ad account and CRM? +
- Yes. Everything is built in your accounts, under your name. If we ever part ways you keep the infrastructure, the data and the campaigns.
- How do you handle my data — and my customers' data? +
- We're UK-based and operate under UK GDPR. We never sell or share mobile numbers, emails or personal data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Full detail lives in our Privacy Policy.
